The scope of work for each appointment is based on the service selected and any additional services requested at the time of booking.
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer.
Final pricing may change if:
The property’s condition differs significantly from the information provided.
Additional rooms or areas require cleaning.
Additional services are requested.
The cleaning requires substantially more time than anticipated.
Any pricing adjustments will be discussed with the customer before additional work is performed.
Appointments are confirmed once accepted by Crystal Touch Cleaning LLC.
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate contact information.
Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.
Secure pets during the cleaning appointment if necessary.
Notify us of any special instructions or hazards before service begins.
Some appointments may require a deposit to secure the booking.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved payment methods displayed on our website.
Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of future appointments or collection efforts where permitted by law.
Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing advance notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee where permitted by applicable law.
If our cleaning team is unable to access the property upon arrival, the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment.
Customers are responsible for:

Securing cash, jewellery, firearms, medications, and other valuables before the appointment.
Ensuring utilities such as electricity and running water are available during the service.
Crystal Touch Cleaning LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from improperly installed fixtures, pre-existing conditions, or normal wear and tear.
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you are dissatisfied with the cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of the completed service.
Where appropriate, we may offer to return and address any missed cleaning areas at no additional labour charge. Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a property presents unsafe or hazardous conditions, including but not limited to:
Biohazards
Hoarding situations
Pest infestations
Structural hazards
Illegal activity
Dangerous animals
Conditions posing health or safety risks to our staff
While we exercise reasonable care, accidental damage may occasionally occur.
If damage is believed to have occurred during a cleaning appointment:
The customer should notify us within 24 hours.
We may inspect the reported damage.
Where we determine that we are responsible, we may repair, replace, or reimburse the item at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
We are not liable for:
Existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Manufacturer defects
Improperly secured items
Damage caused by faulty installations or ageing materials
You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
